Right now i'm quite in paradise thanks to an early birthday present ( early since it's this Sunday), the sun was there and i was really busy so not a lot of reading time but finishing the day by discovering such a gift i couldn't be more happy right now.
Thus why i didn't want to wait to share my really short opinion on a novella i've read during the Ides of March read-a-thon..." The Summons", which is a prequel to " The Goblin King" i will review this weekend because it's been read already and quite eagerly^^ but as happy as i am i decided not to post both on the same day as to let the time to grab this novella if you haven't already and jump in this universe^^

This prequel is really short it’s true but at the same time it really offers something to the reader. I was really happy to read it first and discover a glimpse of the universe in question and it helped me to understand Eliza better later in the series.
The rhythm is rapid which is normal in a novella but it doesn’t feel rushed at all and it has a sweet ending to make you dreamy ^^;
Probably you can read the series without reading this but since it’s a free novella I can only recommend you that you start with it because I felt it was integral part of the series not only a sweet bonus so if you can indulge without a cost why not try this one if you are like me it will make you want to start The goblin King right after finishing the last page of the novella (which is a complete story in itself so even better)
