I'm strongly sick because i've waited too long to see my doctor but the antibiobics are starting to work their magic so i'm on time to share with you my opinion on Lisa Kessler latest release: Wolf Moon.
I must admit that i'm not up to date in this series even if i'm interested in it since book and i'm missing some so i couldn't have read all of them before starting Wolf Moon. Thankfully the author wrote them to be read as stand alone if we wish so and i was able to start with this one.
Now what did i think of it? You just have to read.
Happy reading

My opinion:
Not being up to date in this series wasn't a problem at all as each book
can work as standalone and it's really the case . I would be be happy to read
all i have missed of course but first i
need to let you know what i thought of this one.
Luke is a great hero....as a werewolf he
is used to live with his pack but lately it has become difficult for him so to
prove himself and to mature he decided to take a job far from home. He loves working with horses
and he really good at that. However, Luke is already a good man so when he
discovers a damsel in distress he must act even if it means going against his
alpha's decision. Deep down Luke could
make a good alpha: loyal, protective and trustworthy he has all what he is needed
except the want. When discovering the situation of the local pack and all what
is wrong there he will not hesitate to take the lead to right the wrong without
forgetting about his mate wishes.
Raven has never had an easy life, in
fact her life has even more mysteries that she could have imagined but past or future are not on her mind at the
beginning. Suffering in the Sedona pack who changed her without her consent and
kept her prisoner and sex slave, she just wants to save her sister. To obtain
that result she is trying to get help of another pack which her own plan to
attack but before she can reach it she is found by Luke. Not believe a man can
be good at first she stays on guard but slowly they will built that trust and
love will blossoms even if it still work.
There are a lot of violence, forced
relations, enslavement, murder.. all the bad elements....but we also see
loyalty, love , courage and honour in this story . I loved Asher and i can't
wait to discover more about Luke's pack. We are easily swept into the action
and following Luke trying to save his mate and her loved one. The rythm is
rapid but not too fast. The relationships are building, we learn about each
characters past and beliefs it's well written.
A very good paranormal romance, urban
fantasy with a big dose of suspense
so i do recommend you to start the
series at the beginning if you can.
Score: 4/5
